My passion for health and wellness began early in life, sparked by my childhood dream of becoming an NFL superstar. This goal instilled in me the drive to be as fit, strong, and fast as possible. I participated in multiple sports, including soccer, swimming, baseball, basketball, and my true love—football. Following my parents' guidance, I waited until I turned 12 to start strength training. On the night of my 12th birthday, I had my first workout in our garage gym, marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment to fitness. Although I didn't make it to the NFL, my love for health and wellness has only grown stronger, fueling my ongoing dedication to helping others on their fitness journeys.
My introduction to the fitness industry came with an exciting behind-the-scenes role on ABC’s hit show "Extreme Weight Loss." While not in front of the camera, I contributed to the training and nutrition plans of contestants, gaining invaluable hands-on experience. Under the mentorship of Chris Powell, I learned the ins and outs of fitness and nutrition. During my first season with the show (season 3), Chris inspired me to devote my life to helping others transform their health, just as he did for so many on the show.
With over a decade of coaching experience, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from individuals weighing over 500 pounds to complete beginners, young children, seniors, and athletes. Each person's journey has taught me something valuable, and I am grateful for the opportunity to help others achieve their goals, regardless of their starting point.
