My passion for health and wellness began at an early age, fueled by a childhood dream of becoming an NFL superstar. That goal pushed me to be as fit, strong, and fast as possible, leading me to compete in a variety of sports—soccer, swimming, baseball, basketball, and my greatest love, football. Following my parents’ guidance, I waited until I turned 12 to begin strength training. On the night of my 12th birthday, I stepped into our garage gym for my very first workout—a moment that marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to fitness. While I never made it to the NFL, my dedication to health and wellness only deepened, shaping not just my own journey but also my passion for helping others transform their lives.
My journey into the fitness industry began with an exciting behind-the-scenes role on ABC’s hit show Extreme Weight Loss. While I wasn’t in front of the camera, I played a key role in supporting contestants through their training and nutrition plans, gaining invaluable real-world experience. Under the mentorship of Chris Powell, I learned the art and science of fitness and nutrition at the highest level. During my first season on the show (Season 3), Chris’s passion and impact inspired me to dedicate my life to helping others transform their health, just as he had done for so many.
With over a decade of coaching experience, I have had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, including individuals weighing over 500 pounds, complete beginners, young children, seniors, and athletes. Each journey has taught me something valuable, and I am grateful for every opportunity to help others achieve their goals, no matter where they begin.
