My lifelong dedication to Health and Wellness began in my childhood, driven by my dream to become an NFL Superstar. This ambition taught me the importance of being the most fit, strong, and fast athlete I could be, leading me to participate in various sports, including soccer, swimming, baseball, and basketball, and my ultimate passion, football. Adhering to my parents' rule, I refrained from strength training until the age of 12. The very night of my 12th birthday, I embarked on my first workout session in our garage gym, marking the start of an enduring journey. Although my path didn't lead to the NFL, my love and enthusiasm for Health and Wellness have only intensified, fueling my ongoing commitment to this field.
Sharing my journey into the fitness world is always an exciting tale. My inaugural role in the fitness industry was behind the scenes of ABC's hit show, "Extreme Weightloss," where, despite not being in front of the camera, I played a crucial role in the contestants' training and nutrition. My hands-on experience under the guidance of Chris Powell was invaluable, providing me with a comprehensive understanding of fitness and nutrition. During my first season (season 3) with the show, I was inspired by my mentor, Chris, to dedicate my life to assisting others on their transformation journeys, just as they had.
I am gratefull for the show and all the experiences I have grown from in those Years!
With ten years of coaching experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of guiding a diverse range of clients. My journey has included coaching individuals weighing over 500 pounds, complete beginners, young children, seniors, athletes, and everyone in between.
